inspiration.
This is a narrative worldbuilding project. It explores contemporary social, workplace, technological, and power structures through a fictional narrative, adding layers of satire and critical reflection. The project also establishes a complete visual and conceptual system, from branding to employee profiles, immersing viewers in the imagined world.
The idea came from my favorite game, Dave the Diver, about fishing and running a sushi restaurant. I wanted to design something about fish—not only for fun, but also to reflect on ocean pollution and human impact, and to promote environmental awareness.
The story primarily revolves around Mira Hailan, an experimental survivor who secretly holds two identities: publicly, she is an Environmental Ambassador, but behind the scenes, she is a ruthless Fish Genetic Manipulator. She establishes a company called Syris Company with three partners (a Biomedical Researcher, a Scientist, and a PR Specialist) to continue their secret plans. In this project, I designed a dedicated re-engerinner fish project poster, a news UI system to expose the evil plan, acrylic employee badges for each partner, and designed a monitoring video system for selecting experimental fish.

For the UI design, I wanted to embody a cool, practical, and experimental style. Therefore, I chose a cyberpunk style and pixel fonts. The overall color scheme uses black and gray with fluorescent green accents, and to enhance the texture, I used noise and frosted glass effects.
