design process.

Life drifts in cycles of parting and return, like breath, like tide. The circular form of this book is inspired by the shape of a clock, a quiet symbol of time’s endless motion.

In this specific booklet, I chose to convey emotion solely through images. I used photographs that capture moments of farewell across different stages of life. Each image holds a trace of memory, whispering that every goodbye carries the soft promise of reunion.

For the visual, I chose blue and a hazy, blurred filter to evoke the way of sorrow as memories. While by convey a more positive feeling, I employed laser-cut plywood and finished the booklet with a golden metallic spray print for the cover design.
